We use four, carefully selected ingredients to brew our kombucha. Firstly, pure, triple-filtered water. In addition, we add a blend of organic green and Oolong tea. Our third ingredient is organic cane sugar. Finally, we add our own SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). With these simple, but high-quality ingredients, we create a refreshing kombucha packed with natural benefits.

In kombucha fermentation sugar acts as food / fuel for the yeast and bacteria, so we decided to feed our SCOBY the highest quality organic Brazilian cane sugar we could find.
